Today we had lots of activities connected with olives. We watched presentations prepared by Italian students. They were about the history of olive oil, its chemical composition and its impact on our diet and health. 

We also visited the olive oil firm. After lunch we had a trip to hypogeum oil mill in Gallipoli.

And in the evening we celebrated Europe Day, which was hosted by the City Mayor.
