Erasmus+ Day 2. Today we started our day in The Sewage Plant in the East of Gdańsk. There we learned what happens with the waste we produce using the toilet and...throwing different thinhs into our household ,,sewage'' system. That experience was too extreme for some more sensitive students as the smell accompanying the visit was really difficult to bear,. Still, we think it was worth it and now we appreciate fresh air more. We are really grateful for kindness and hospitality of the guides who told us everything about the sewage sytem in the Tricity.
Another great point of the programme were the lessons of Physics and Chemistry. The Physcis lesson was about the way we breathe and based on some interesting experiments on spirometry. The chemistry lesson was connected with water and its secrets and the students participated in experiments again.
The greatest moment was when we all went for a long walk to Oliwa Park. We could admire beautiful autumn views and visit The Oliwa Cathedral. It is difficult to describe the delight we felt looking at this old park full of treees, flowers and ...squirrels. We learnt a lot during the day but that walk with was the most precious moment of this Tuesday...
